My Data Manager lets Virgin Plus customers take control of their mobile data usage. The account holder can use this tool to block individual devices from accessing data for a fixed duration, on a recurring schedule, or indefinitely.

I worked closely with engineering, design, and a cross-section of business stakeholders at Bell. As the end-to-end product manager, I steered the team from the creation of product requirements and mockups, to written copy, development, testing, marketing and implementation to 600k users. Together with our data team, an analytics dashboard was built to track the quantitative impact of features. I continue to monitor the dashboard and user feedback to guide our iterative development.
